Platform Rules and Player Agreement

By accessing or using the 888hph platform at 888hph.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of whether they have completed registration or made a financial deposit.

These Terms shall be read together with the 888hph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus offer communication, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 888hph.

To register and use the 888hph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of use, or in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from the 888hph platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily due to a Terms violation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity, or under instruction from any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 888hph or any affiliated company, or a member of the immediate family of such a person.

888hph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a government-issued identification document — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 888hph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, using the same or different devices, IP addresses, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. 888hph operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of ownership of your payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 888hph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The platform will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login information.

888hph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or close accounts at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All transactions on the 888hph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 888hph accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and credit/debit card.

Deposits are credited to your 888hph wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and within a short processing window for bank transfers and over-the-counter channels. 888hph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing schedules, or network disruptions beyond our control.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit or that have been verified through the KYC process as belonging to the account holder. 888hph does not accept third-party deposits or issue withdrawals to accounts belonging to anyone other than the registered account holder. Attempts to withdraw to unverified or third-party payment methods will be declined pending verification.

888hph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are inconsistent with the player's deposit pattern, or trigger internal risk management protocols. Processing may be delayed during such reviews. Players will be notified through their registered contact details where a review is in progress.

888hph offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the full wagering amount must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies — including but not limited to placing opposing bets on the same outcome — constitutes abuse of the bonus system and may result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and/or account suspension.

888hph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred under the specific offer terms. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of a promotional offer, 888hph's interpretation shall be final.

Bonuses are available for personal use only and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person. Players found to be participating in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed and balances forfeited.

All games offered on the 888hph platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and validated for fairness in compliance with applicable PAGCOR standards. The house edge for each game is fixed and published; it cannot be altered by 888hph or any third party during active play.

Bets once placed are final and cannot be amended or cancelled except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game or where a technical malfunction has been confirmed by 888hph's technical team. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, 888hph will resolve the outcome in accordance with the game's documented continuation rules, which vary by game type and provider.

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or display error that results in an incorrect game outcome or the erroneous crediting of winnings to an account, 888hph reserves the right to void the affected bets and recover any erroneously credited amounts from the player's account balance. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888hph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer environments.
• Any form of match-fixing, score manipulation, or insider information use in sports betting markets.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account.

• Any conduct that disrupts the operation of the platform or negatively impacts the experience of other players.

888hph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and PAGCOR in investigations of suspected illegal activity. Where required by law, the platform will disclose account information, transaction records, and related data to the relevant authorities.

Unauthorized use of any 888hph intellectual property — including unauthorized framing, scraping, or republication of platform content — is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine copyright and intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 888hph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

888hph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 888hph makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; the platform will endeavor to communicate these in advance where practicable.

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored by 888hph in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

888hph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will notify registered players through their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the 888hph platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the 888hph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 888hph, you agree to first contact the platform's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

888hph operates within a framework consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those issued by PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding any right you may have under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.
